Experience Old Delhi @ Galleria

Delhicacy located at first floor Galleria market is s street food place which aims to bring the old Delhi chaat and sweets to Gurgaon.

The Ambience of the place is decent and normal Cafe-ish, with some lighting and sitting options. The place is not much big but decent enough as compared to other places in the vicinity.

The Menu they have as very authentic variety of desi snacks and chaat. Also the Prices are very reasonable. The Service was brilliant, I was amazed to see that. The place was more than 70% occupied still the service was very good.

In Drinks we had Shikanji (4/5): Nice with lot of roasted Jeera in it. Khada Masala Chai (4.6/5): Awesome full of Chai masala, server in clay pots (kulhad). Also they use quite unique cutlery for their cafe.

Palak Patta Chaat (4.5/5): Once of the show stopper dish. Crispy palak pakoda chaat with spices. Amazing Flavors. Bedmi Aloo (5/5): Best dish and a must try. Crisp Puris, served with homely pickles, unique tasting aloo ki sabzi and boondi raita. Chhole Bhature (4/5): Nice and less oily bhaturey with normal chhole.

Matar Kulcha (4/5): Quite normal Matar kulcha. Good quality though. Aloo ki Tikki (4.5/5): Ultra thin and chana dal stuffed tikkis. Nice chattni and flavors. Aloo Pyaaz Parantha (4/5): Thin yet full of stuffing. Served with boondi raita.

Jalebi (4.5/5): Ultra crisy hot and full of flavors. Plating can be improved.

Verdict – This place is a must visit for chat lovers. All the food items are comfortable and homely.

Service – 4.7/5

Value for Money – 4.5/5
